Essential Travel Information for St. Kitts & Nevis

To ensure a smooth arrival in St. Kitts & Nevis, visitors will need a valid passport and an approved Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). You can apply for your eTA up to 90 days before your trip using the "St Kitts and Nevis e-Border" mobile app (available on Android and iOS), or by visiting www.knatravelform.kn. For those using the mobile app, you'll also qualify for Fast-Track Arrival via a contactless Facial Biometric Corridor.

Is the Wedding outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place in a beautiful garden, so yes it will be outdoors with beautiful ocean views.

Where should I stay during my time in St. Kitts & Nevis?

Our wedding consultant Elisa Clarke from Adriana Weddings has arranged two Group Blocks for our guests - Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour, where the wedding will be taking place, and also at St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort, Casino & Spa. What airport do I fly into?

The closest airport to our wedding celebration is Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB).

Do I need to book my own flight?

When should I arrive to St. Kitts and Nevis?

Our wedding will take place on January 9th 2027, with our Island Welcome Party scheduled for January 8th 2027. To fully enjoy the celebration, we recommend guests arrive by January 7th and depart on January 10th. Of course, guests are welcome to stay as long as they’d like to enjoy the beauty and charm of the island.

Do I need a passport to enter St. Kitts & Nevis?

Yes, travelers will need valid passports with more than six months of validity.

Can you assist with transportation to and from the hotel and the wedding venue?

We ask for all of our guests to book within our Group Room Block at Marriott St. Kitts in order to receive the arranged transportation to and from the Marriott St. Kitts and Park Hyatt St. Kitts. Please contact our Destination Wedding Consultant if you have any questions. The full schedule for the shuttle(s) will be shared with all guests closer to the wedding travel time.

Can I wear white to the wedding?

No. The color white, including ivory and cream, is reserved exclusively for the bride. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a particular dress code for the wedding day?

Are there any events outside of the wedding day?

Yes, we will be having a Welcome Event on January 8th 2027 at Park Hyatt St. Kitts, and all guests are invited.

Is there Ceremony an "Unplugged Ceremony"?

To allow everyone to be fully present and in the moment with us, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. This means we ask that you refrain from using phones, cameras, or other electronic devices to take photos or videos during the ceremony. We've hired wonderful photographers and videographers to capture every special moment, and we'll be thrilled to share those professional images with you after the wedding. Once the reception begins, feel free to snap away! Thank you for honoring our wishes and being truly present with us as we say "I do."

Can I bring a guest with me to the wedding?

We respectfully request that only the guest(s) listed on your invitation join us for our special day.

If I arrive in St. Kitts, do I need Immigration to travel to Nevis?

No, St. Kitts and Nevis is one Federation, if you enter on one island you can transfer to the other island without restriction and travel documents.

What are the accepted forms of currency?

The Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD) is the local currency. U.S. bills are accepted by most stores and businesses, and change is given in E.C. currency. U.S. coins are not accepted. Pound Sterling, Euro and Canadian notes can be converted in one of the local banks.
